Updates and support are included with every active subscription. In order to receive updates and support, you must add your site(s) on your Account page. There are no license keys to copy and paste. Just enter your site URL and the plugin will automatically show you a notice when an update is available. For support, we will verify your site URL when you open a ticket. We aim to answer all support tickets within 8-12 hours, often much quicker.
